The lobster pie is a simple dish of lobster cooked in white wine sauce in a pastry crust. I made Grilled Trout with Turnips and Watercress tonight, and a side dish of broccoli. Appetizer was cajun crab salad with tomatoes. Just to give you idea of what I"ve just served to my clients.
